Hello, Fall. We are so happy to see you! We can taste the hazelnut lattes, smell the pumpkin scented candles, and are ready for cozy sweaters and autumn colors. Fall might be my favorite season, not because of all the pumpkin things (ok, well maybe a little) but because of what it represents: a time where we can look back in reflection, contemplation, and transition into the next season with new goals, open hearts and minds. It's no secret 2020 has been one of the most challenging years yet for most of us. Transition and adaption have been the name of the game. With fall upon us, we can take what we've learned thus far and look forward with hopeful hearts.
