Why I Love Jumpsuits & The Perfect New Year’s Jumpsuit
Jumpsuits are great for so many reasons, but the one thing about jumpsuits that I love the most is that they’re a one piece outfit, which means I can just throw one on, add some cute accessories, and voila, cute outfit done! Another thing I love is how comfortable they are. I’ve always been a huge believer that if your outfit is uncomfortable, it’s just not going to work. Ladies, I know we do some crazy things in the name of beauty, but when it comes to an outfit, if you are comfortable, you’re going to be more confident. I’ve been in situations where my outfit was so uncomfortable, I was tugging on it to stay in place, and I just wanted to hide. It’s the absolute worst thing ever to dress for an event and then be so uncomfortable that you can’t even enjoy yourself.
During spring and summer I love searching for cropped cotton and linen jumpsuits that are lightweight and get me through the heat and it’s so easy to just switch shoes and accessories and transform a day look into an evening look (again, the magic of a one piece outfit).
This holiday season I found the perfect jumpsuit for ringing in the new year. It’s such a classic piece, black with a beautiful festive pattern. It’s of course incredibly comfortable and so feminine and can be worn year round for cocktail parties, weddings, date night, or just a night out with the ladies.
